How to add Flash plugin to your Android device

I bought a brand new android device, but it did not have flash plugin pre-installed. So I had to find out a way to install it on my own! I though that it would be easy, that it would be included in the android's market, but it was not that easy! I had to download it on my own, transfer it to my device and install it manually.
